Benchmark#

Our automatic benchmarking suite handles two input formats. BenchmarkFromDetails takes arguments that are passed to the inference algorithms, where possible. BenchmarkFromSimulation takes a StaticNetworkContagion object and extracts the relevant information to pass to the source inference algorithms.
